Recent North Carolina estate find. Offering an absolutely stunning set of four, Theodore Haviland, Limoges, France, 9 Hand Decorated Plates. Beautiful scarce cobalt blue, floral garland with a gold encrusted center medallion and heavily decorated rim.

Ndition with no chips, cracks, crazing or stains. The cobalt color is vibrant, the gold embellishments are strong and complete, and the glaze has a nice sheen. A very small and insignificant mark or two, possibly from storage rather than use but nothing that draws away from the grandeur of this set.
